ConceptShare is getting a bit of buzz at the moment - and it is well deserved. The main idea behind the site is to provide a way for designers to upload design concepts and have an easy way for clients to provide feedback.
ConceptShare makes capturing feedback easier and more accurate. It allows you to easily share designs inside Workspaces that contain designs related to a certain topic or project.
It's easy to invite people into a workspace. Invite team members, managers, clients, and consultants to add and reply to comments, chat and markup designs.

I signed up for a free account which gives me just one workspace. Overall, I was very impressed with the interface and features offered. Most of the collaborative elements are all built in flash - so that might put some people off.
If you are a full-time designer I am sure you could justify the $19 to $250 per month price tag (depending on how many workspaces you need).
